Raspberry Chipotle Pork Loin

George and Sarah came over for Catherine's birthday. We wanted to use a pork tenderloin that we had in the freezer. So, I made a fresh raspberry and chipotle glaze for the pork. I was pretty good. It was strange to taste berries while eating meat, but in a good way. I made garlic and cheddar mashed potatoes and parmesan green beans as sides. The green beans were awesome. I will definitely be making them again. Everyone liked all the dishes.

  1. I really think you need a new photographer, these pictures don't do the food justice! I was impressed that you mashed up actual raspberries to make this, which of course made it even healthier. The beans were great too, but I think I would have made them even softer.
