Interesting take on breakfast

So I caught the bacon bug. I was up earlier than most of my family today and wanted to try something new. I made a bacon waive and put that in a pie crust. Pre baked it, the make a omelette mix and put that over the bacon and cooked it the rest of the way. I made the up from other ideas and recipes that I have come across. It was pretty good. I would def cook the bacon more next time pre eggs. I like my bacon more crisp than it turned out. Till good though.
