For Jackie's birthday I made a family favorite of ours. Baked chicken and pasta. Its very tasty. The recipe calls for shredded mozzarella cheese. However, I like to use fresh whole mozzarella that I cube and put in to get it that ooey gooey stringy cheese look and taste. This time however I used wheat pasta. I didn't care for this as much. Bad to the normal shells next time.
This picture does not do it justice at all. Although I agree that the regular shells were better, I thought it was delicious. Every single bit was eaten.
