Sweet & Sour Chicken

Last night, homemade sweet and sour chicken was consumed. It was very tasty. It was a big hit, my wife and daughter loved it. I will definitely be making this one again. I wouldn't really change anything with this recipe. It was pretty much about perfect. I think that I will try to add some heat to it next time. Not sure about you but all Chinese food should be spicy, IMHO. :)

  1. My favorite part about this dish was the red peppers. I also liked how you managed to get the sauce to taste just like sweet and sour sauce, without actually using any. The only alteration I would make would be to use sugar snap peas instead of snow peas.
